Jarvi lives in your WebJIVE client area: chat on the left, your site on the right, and nothing reaches your visitors until you say so. Here is every step.
Step 1 · Ask
Tell Jarvi what to change.
Log in to the WebJIVE client area and click Edit with Jarvi AI Editor. Jarvi greets you, your site opens beside the chat, and you ask for what you need in plain English — new hours, a holiday closure, a price update, a new staff photo, a new section. Attach up to 10 photos or PDFs in one message, or dictate by voice in browsers that support it.

Step 2 · Preview
See it on a private preview.
Jarvi makes the change on a private preview of your real site, then tells you plainly what it changed. Your live website stays exactly as it was while you look. Turn on section outlines, go fullscreen, open the preview in a new tab, copy a preview link for a coworker, or jump to any page from the Pages picker.

Step 3 · Commit
Commit when it looks right.
When the preview is what you wanted, click Commit and the change is live within moments. If it isn’t, click Discard and the change is thrown away without ever touching your live site — or just tell Jarvi what to adjust and look again.

Every Commit saves a restore point. Use Undo this on a recent change, or Rollback to bring back an earlier version. A rollback is staged on your preview first, so you can check it — and discard the rollback itself if it isn’t what you expected.

Forms & leads
Every lead in one inbox.
Your site’s forms feed a Form Submissions inbox inside Jarvi, where every lead is saved, and a branded email is sent for each one. Export or delete submissions, ask Jarvi to add or remove a form, or change who receives it. Leads are stored in your own hosting account, and deleting a form never deletes the leads it already collected.

Photos & files
A library for photos and files.
The media library holds your photos, PDFs and documents. Upload new ones, replace an old file in place, or select several at once. Deletes are staged like every other change, so Discard brings them back if you change your mind. Or skip the library and just ask Jarvi to use the photo you attached.
